Recently I’ve read an article about how fashion is going to look like in the nearest future and wanted to share some insights with you. In a nutshell: it’s going to be bright, sparkling and over the top.
Before the pandemic, the expectations were quite different: people tended to wear more minimalistic and comfy outfits, preferring mostly oversized and simple clothes. The pandemic came unexpectedly and changed things completely: most of us found ourselves closed up in the home office during lockdowns, wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts 24/7.
So now, when the situation with the pandemic is slowly looking up, we are finally coming back to normal life and to the offices. But it turns out, that the fashion forecast has changed the course.
So the forecast says that after months of being at home and not being able to wear all the fancy looks, people will tend to overdress and put on some fashionable looks everywhere, even for grocery shopping.
What does it mean particularly: more colors, more designer pieces, sparkles and ritzy outfits. Am I happy with these expectations? Absolutely, as I am a fan of dressing up – always and everywhere š
