Flower Power Glam

If you think of flower power, you think of hippies, right? In my blog flower power meets glam!

Well, not exactly glam šŸ™‚

Lately, I’m being cautious about wearing floral outfits or pieces of clothing. Not that I don’t like this kind of print, but I have a feeling, it’s very easy to end up either with a 70s hippy look or as a girly girl outfit.

I instantly fell in love with this Marc Jacobs top with 3D flowers and this was this kind of purchase I did without thinking how I was actually gonna combine it.

So my principle here is to wear flower pieces of clothing in a plain, simple outfit without any other prints. With a plain structured outfit, I mean clothing with a simple (maybe even severe) cut and neutral colors – this worked quite in this look.

But what about the bag, you would ask? Well, the color fitted so perfectly, that I couldn’t help but add this DvF bag to this outfit. It turned out very harmonical, isn’t it? This is my kind of a flower power glam šŸ™‚
